Your right man, I can see where you mean the legal part of it. Our church is filed as a basic non-for-profit organization with a ….1083 is it? I guess I dont know too much about the legal terms with which a church has to operate (thats my old man), but I dont think that should be our concern.
And you would be surprised at how many churches around here think they should be run by one man only. Its sad, because your right, its not biblical.
But like you said earlier, this kinda only applies in Canada and the USA churches. Some of the biggest churches in the world (China for example) dont even have buildings or organizations or any “legal” concerns because they function out of homes and are not held to any legal stuff. They also kinda have to hide to congregate but thats how much of the first church was too I suppose.
My ma said the other day about how Goverment is running now, that we may all have to hide in our homes to do church soon. As I think this is a little far fetched at this point I can see it coming in the future.
