with all i wrote all I’m saying is to be careful with all martial arts even Tai-chi and Yoga that are passive ones but still come from the same source. As a fellow christian once told me, it’s not the benefits it has its the source where it comes from which is not good. Even if you do it for tonyfying, all those positions, movements, etc. have a spiritual background. In china and other countries all they do is the movements and with that alone they are practicing spirituality (by the way those movements are called too active meditation). They don’t talk at all during class and they advance to levels that aren’t from God. So I think I could say beware of those practices even if it seems it doesn’t have any spiritual or meditation behind it. When you see a beautiful paradise you meditate on the greatness of God so u dont need nothing of that. If you want to tonify your body and have good physical health, do a simple but fun routine (if you need any help, let me know, I have been an athlete all my life) but remember first look for God’s love beacuse he can cure any physical, mental, or spiritual illness. Be faithful to Jesus beacuse if u reject him, he will reject you before our Father (that’s written in the bible, don’t remember where right now). God Bless!
