How are the CEDM producers all over the world? This is my question cause I m sure there are many difference between the producers and Djs life( life syle). For example we working free in Hungary so we don’t get money for our tracks. We have concert in a small place and the producing is our hobby. We have an other craft what we earn money. So, I don’t know how is it in USA, Spain… and all over the world where there are God’s DJs. So I’ m interested in how is the God’s DJs job in other contries?August 31, 2009 at 2:43 pm #30025
we all have day jobsSeptember 1, 2009 at 12:17 am #30026
Djing is my job but in the last year its looking like a real job may be in order. In the last year almost all the work I have done has been for ministry purposes and it pays A LOT less. But God called me here and I came, so Im going with that. Terrence Parker told us “GO where GOD calls you and let Him do the rest.” Movement matters to God. Jesus last command to the disciples was one of movement. “GO”
If I do have to get a “real” job and it interferes with the opportunities that God places in front of me, I will quit and live poor and keep doing what God has asked of me. If I believe that He is Jehovah Jirah then I trust Him. Philippians 4:19
Really, nothing matters except Him.September 1, 2009 at 9:07 am #30027
Its nice to hearing from you. My dremas is that I just work for the God and producing music for HIm. Unfortunately It’s inpossible cause I can’t earn money with producing music for the God’s glory. Now It’s a actual topic for me cause I finished the school and I’m searching job. So , I ‘m searching the God’s mind.September 3, 2009 at 9:40 pm #30028
production of music its something that God its asking to do to many ppl around the world, he will provide what you need to get the equipment end produce music, but, here is the but, I think no one of the CEDM its making money out of the tunes they produce, its something you will do because the Lorrd told you to do without expecting any payment for it, it is an invesment not only in the equipment but its an invesment in you talents, if you know you can produce music for his Glory, just di it. remember he will ask, what you did with the talent I gave you, but your heart must be for Jesus, to give glory to his name, that should be the only reason you produce EDMSeptember 3, 2009 at 9:58 pm #30029

So, Producing CEDM for the God’s gloy is it a plus job in christians life? I happy to ear you, cause many producers earn many money whith theyer christian’s music ( not just CEDM) in my country and they main job are the producing christian’s music. So, I thoght if it possible my main job going to be the christian’s music and ear money whith this.
BUt I sure that God call me that I producing music for his glory. It has a story. I didn’t want to make christian’s music. I like the hard EDMs (happy hardcore, hardcore, techno, trance, euro trance, and som music what has hard beats and style).September 4, 2009 at 7:29 pm #30031
where you live man? where you from?
yes, the industry here is big, not EDM but in general christian music, there is ppl making lots of money too, not with christian electronic music, in the USA, EDM is like couintry music in Mexico, its just not the most popular thing, but its growing maybe in a few years Christian EDM producers can live uot of the productions.

Yes, We are gray. I think we are very gray. So we ‘re new in the music sens, cause the people don’t know the christian EDM. They know the EDM, but If you say : techno, disco every body leave you. There are few people who listen EDM. And more little who know the CEDM and listen it. In this year our biggest succes were that we have 150 litenters on the youtube. But there aren’t many CEDM producers. I know 2 music band who make CEDM except us. One of them remix the melodys from the singbook. ANd the other make a really mixes so his a God’s DJ. So the 3rd is us. We make our music with our texts in our style. That’s all I know the hungarian CEDM. So sometimes I feel we ‘re alone in this area. But there are one person who listen us evrytime: The GOD. It’s really motivation for me.September 7, 2009 at 3:51 pm #30036
Doing good hear, got the same motivation you gotSeptember 15, 2009 at 7:07 am #30038
I’m here in Missouri and am finishing up my schooling for music technology. I’m starting to produce and am trying to branch out into EDM. As of now I’ve only made pop tunes. I have a personal conviction that the Christian music that I produce should be for free; I don’t want to charge for worship. I stock groceries at a grocery store as of now and I have no idea what I will be doing for a living. Whatever my job is I still want to have huge amounts of time to devote to God in prayer and worship. I’m prayerfully giving my job situation to God. I would rather be poor to produce music in Spirit and in Truth than to get caught up into a worldly recording industry that serves the god of mammon all the while saying that it is a “Christian” industry. When worship becomes a business, all hopes of pleasing God will fail unless there is repentance. So as of now I’m producing music and putting it up for free on the Internet and putting the tracks on cd to hand out when my friends and I go evangelizing as a type of audible gospel track. Thanks for your post and sincere desire to get to know other brothers in Christ.
My the Lord bless you brother and teach you the things that you should do.
May your heart burn within you for the things of the Lord.September 15, 2009 at 4:36 pm #30037
Don’t be discouraged, friend! God puts desires in our heart for a reason. He expects us to use our talents and act on our dreams!
That said, don’t assume that you will necessarily be able to do this as anything other than a hobby! In fact, most ministries end up creating strain and financial burden. Perhaps God does this to refine us, and deepen our walk with him? God wants us to depend on him, and if we all became huge stars you know for a fact we would no longer find it easy to be humble servants!
So God Bless you, and use you in Hungary! Be a light, and be salt, and keep doing CEDM because it really can reach the untouched niche that other ministries can’t reach.
