I guess its a hit or miss. People usually really like it, or not at all. Acquired taste I suppose.

Oh man. Love it. I was down in LA last week and went to some event. The dj was just a youth, so the beats were pretty simple. . . still enjoyed tho.

Yeah, usually what I notice is if people like hip hop, they love DUB!

That applies to every genre. But the good will always outweigh the bad.

I didn’t like either til I heard some really good tracks. Then coupled with drum n bass in mixes is even better. :D

I concur with Shelby. However I love good drum n bass, even with some rapping in it. Can’t explain that one. I have some older hiphop I can totally dig, but not so much the stuff nowadays, too much of it sounds forced, like it’s not native to the performer lol. On a side note, SOME of the dubstep from last years DEMF was great in my opinion. I never bash anyones style of music, except country haha! We each have our own built in likes and dislikes :)

I’m not from the country lol. I live in a more rural area now, but I grew up with hiphop/pop/kids rapping to themselves while walking down the street haha. Country can be alright for a few songs but if I’m stuck in a place that plays it all day, man it drives me nuts. The city where I was born isn’t like Detroit but still fairly urban, we got the riffraff from Chicago and Detroit, being kinda in the middle of the two. But anyhow, we can all agree to disagree, and still be friends :) Kudos to Dun for standing up.
