Linkin Park now Christian? Mario Savio Speech

For me it sounds really like they are christian now.
When have a closer look at “what I’ve done”.
Their new release “Kings and Wretches” features a few interesting things. Old samples like “Bass… How low can you go” in the rap and a speech of Mario Savio
(his only famous speech)
where can I bet on the chart positon of the album ?
that is the speech of mario savio
There’s a time when the operation of the machine becomes so odious, makes you so sick at heart, that you can’t take part, you can’t even passively take part, and you’ve got to put your bodies on the gears and upon the wheels, upon the levers, upon all the apparatus, and you’ve got to make it stop! And you’ve got to indicate to the people who run it, to the people who own it, that unless you’re free, the machine will be prevented from working at all!
can somebody tell me what he means? is he against machines? or does he say the machines control us, if we were not stop using them?

Yeah! I heard one of their new singles midway through on the radio and I was like “Whoa this sounds Christian. Is this Linkin Park??”
Definitely worth checking out. LP is ooookayyy in my book, but no matter what anyone says Hybrid Theory is one of the best SOUNDING albums ever. Regardless of whether you like the band or music, the sound production on that CD was peerless. That album could BANG.September 10, 2010 at 9:27 pm #35524
probably not, but I still like them as a band and their music.

Hybrid and Meteroa are great albums in my book.September 11, 2010 at 3:26 pm #35525
Yeah Meteora was sick too. I probably have listened to Hybrid Theory all the way through over 500 times- no joke. We played it alot for our Krav classes at the martial arts school when I was a student, it was in heavy rotation for yeeeaaarrrs. I can take it or leave it after all these listenings but it’s still SOLID.September 17, 2010 at 10:09 am #35526
on the new album is a speech of martin luther king and the track is called “love peace and justice”, and there a few other songs which are very interesting the catalyst allready have a clear message
God save us everyone
Will we burn inside the fires of a thousand suns
For the sins of our hand
The sins of our son
The sins of our father
The sins of our young
so maybe they are now the best selled christian band ever

Dont just go by heading “God” mentioned in a track. Lots of rappers “thank God” and “pray to God” in their lyrics…..but these words mean nothing without the lifestyle to go along with itSeptember 18, 2010 at 12:29 am #35528
I know the music business is even so hard to make christian texts to get christians as customers (because they maybe buy it) Robbie Williams “Jesus Really died for me” (bodies) says it all.
by the way jp I like your tracks.

And wow I just looked up that Robbie Williams garbage. What a disgrace.
