Hi pplz .. not sure if this is in the right section but I wanted to tell you about a ministry we have going down here in Brisbane Australia called “Lounge Church” and I was hoping to get some feedback as to what you think would make for a great electronic church service / session.

Lounge Church started in November of last year and has had small crowds so far. But since finding GodsDJs.com myself and my team are fired up again and getting ready for a massive online push in an effort to reach the young adults both in our area and online. Lounge Church’s demographic is mainly young adults which is one of the most difficult segments of the church to reach.

So feel free to have a look at our website and social network channels via the links below and let us know what you think .. your feedback would be greatly appreciated as our vision is to take Lounge Church around the world in the next few years.

.. looking forward to your thoughts

I think you will continue to grow in numbers. I was very excited after viewing your site last night. I was like, ” I wish we had that here.”

I picked up some very good tips reading Josiah Fingaz posts. He spoke of how to have a Pizza Rave night or something of that nature.

Wish I was there to help.

God bless and hang on to your seat because this is already getting intense.

As long as we don’t have a “Dance church” type thing happen we’ll be ok. lol ( Dr. Love was arrested at Dance church in Seattle, WA)

@Ptownboy: I’m almost positive the Pizza Party Rave was a tongue in cheek remark to the model commonly used for “church rave” type events.

@Digital Prayers: You might think about involving some artists, like painters/poets, who are christians in some of your services. 1. It will bring another aspect of worship to your services. 2. It may bring people in who aren’t so much into Electronic Music but like the art aspect. 3. Art rocks!

Check out this guy. He’s a friend of mine. Eric Samuel Timm http://www.nooneunderground.com

I’m not really interested in catering to the art scene or making people who don’t like electronica comfortable .. that would be straying from the vision of lounge church .. I am pretty confident that once we start marketing properly the crowds will grow.
