Hey everyone! this my new song! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hyZXPfIAF_o&feature=share
For a couple months i was feeling really discouraged because my computer kept corrupting song files i was working on so i basically lost my work. and then my headphones broke so i have been using a pair that came with a 10 dollar shirt. and i kept starting songs and never finishing them. but through some of you guys God showed me that it isn’t about the outcome, but the journey that matters. that as long as i am worshiping him with my music it doesn’t matter what happens. anyway i ended up taking this song from half done to finished in 12 hours and i am really excited about it! let me know what you think!

I would recommend a pair of Turtle beach Ear Force Gaming Headphones. They would give you the sound you need.

well thanks for the suggestion but i just got some really nice producing headphones. http://www.musiciansfriend.com/pro-audio/audio-technica-ath-m50-studio-monitor-headphones (i did a lot of research and they have the BEST frequency response for the price) i am not sure if you have read up much about headphones for MAKING music. but turtle beach isint going to give you what you want. they are LISTENING headphones. i mean think, if you make music in headphones with mega bass and high’s pre-EQ’ed to sound the best. your song is going to end up with not ENOUGH bass. and will only sound good in the headphones you made them in. you should read up a little because your headphones or speakers is one of the post important parts of your set up. check out this page. it applies to headphones as well. http://www.ecoustics.com/electronics/products/articles/131062.html

I’ve been using the same pair of Sony studio cans for almost 7 years. They cost me close to 300 bucks back in the day. They are awesome but it might be time to get a new pair. I think I’ll check out those AT’s you listed…. the price tag looks a lot easier to swallow, if they sound right.
