I would recommend comparing your trance kicks to the kick of John Askew’s track, Chime. It is probably the best sounding kick I’ve heard in a trance track. It is really nice and punchy.

Hi, you have some potentials on this track for sure, well done, probably if it was my track i would look for a more modern clap/snare, makes a difference in my experience/opinion and i agree on what was said about the drum kick, keep going the good ideas bro, you left me curious now.. God bless. :D

i think u need to slow it down a Bit… modern trance is running around 136 at its fastest speed most is around 132-134 right now. and try toi stay away from the “classic” sound, as it tends to make your music sound”outdated” this is all from stuff people have told me so heed my warnings! heh sounds good tho man! good job keep it up

The funny part is that I have no knowledge of what a “classic” or “outdated” type sound is  I listen to the trance channel on DI Radio, But I have no clue what is old and what is new stuff lol Thats where I’m lacking right now  Any suggestions to where I could find some good modern/updated trance drum packs? lol Or even a few newer uplifting trance tracks that I could gain some knowledge from? lol Thanks for all the help and suggestions guys!

Ok guys I took some of your suggestions and implemented them into the track, got fades and some EQ effects going on different instruments. Also changed the clap to a snare for now till i find something less “classic” lol But it sounds tremendously better so far! LOL :) Do you guys wanna hear what I’ve got so far with the improvements?

Alright guys I have pretty much finished the track. I’m sure there is is still things that I need to change. Let me know what you guys think, and if you see anything that could be changed, let me know. Of course the quality isnt the best on soundcloud so ill make available for download if you want to take a better listen.
